Once you've done that, your call will be answered quickly by someone who understands and will help by answering any questions you may have or by organising an appointment for you. If you want they can organise to ring you back at a suitable time, either as Relate, or if you wish, we can arrange to use a different name, its entirely up to you. |

Initially we offer a one-off session which lasts about an hour. This gives you the chance to talk through your concerns with a counsellor, who will then help you consider the way forward.
If you are available at any time then this appointment can take place within a couple of days. Unfortunately appointments for specific days and/or times may mean a slight wait.
Counselling is available during the day and in the evening.
For those clients in a wheelchair, counselling will be arranged at a location offering disabled access.
Loop systems are installed in all our centres to help those with hearing difficulties.
Copies of all our leaflets are readily available in large print or audio tape. | |
